Construction Estimator

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Construction Estimator to support project planning and bidding efforts. In this role, you will review plans, calculate costs, and help ensure projects are accurately scoped and competitively priced. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, collaborating with teams, and contributing to successful project outcomes.

Duties:

• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain organized records of estimates and project data
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
• Assist with bid submissions and project proposals
