Network Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Network Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems. In this role, you will help ensure stable connectivity, assist users with technical issues, and keep systems running efficiently. Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve technical problems
• Monitor system performance and assist with upgrades or improvements
• Support setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and cabling systems
• Respond to service requests and document support activities
• Assist users with basic network and connectivity questions
• Follow security protocols and maintain network reliability
