We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Consumer Loan Specialist to assist clients with personal lending needs. In this role, you will guide applicants through the loan process, review financial information, and help match customers with the right loan solutions. Duties:

• Assist customers with consumer loan applications and inquiries
• Review financial documents, credit information, and loan eligibility
• Explain loan terms, rates, and repayment options clearly to clients
• Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Maintain communication with applicants throughout the approval process
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and support ongoing account management
