We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to guide clients through the home financing process. In this role, you will assess financial needs, recommend loan options, and help customers secure the best solutions for their goals. Duties:

• Consult with clients to understand financial goals and mortgage needs
• Evaluate credit, income, and financial information to determine loan eligibility
• Present and explain various loan products and financing options
• Assist clients with completing loan applications and required documentation
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the loan process
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
• Build referral networks and meet or exceed sales goals
