Car Detailing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Car Detailing Manager to lead a team in delivering high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional results, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Duties:

• Supervise and support detailing staff to ensure quality and efficiency
• Oversee interior and exterior detailing processes for vehicles
• Inspect completed work to ensure high standards are consistently met
• Schedule staff, manage workflow, and prioritize daily tasks
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train team members on detailing techniques and safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or concerns
