Grave Shipping Lead

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Grave Shift Shipping Lead to oversee overnight shipping operations and help keep warehouse logistics running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, support team productivity, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, fast-paced warehouse operations, and working independently during overnight hours.

Duties:

• Lead and support overnight shipping team to meet daily production goals
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation
• Verify shipping accuracy and ensure orders are processed on time
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to team members as needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with shipping documentation
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures
• Communicate shift updates and operational concerns to management
