Are you a people-person who enjoys helping others and staying organized? As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on to guide them through their vehicle service needs while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Provide updates and communicate service recommendations clearly
• Prepare cost estimates and review invoices with customers
• Schedule appointments and manage service timelines
• Maintain organized records and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
