We are seeking a thorough and dependable Apartment Detail Cleaning Specialist to prepare units for new residents through high-quality move-in and move-out cleaning. In this role, you will deep clean apartments, ensure units meet presentation standards, and help create a welcoming environment for incoming tenants. Duties:

• Perform detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of apartment units
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors, and fixtures thoroughly
• Remove trash, debris, and leftover materials from units
• Report maintenance concerns or damages observed during cleaning
• Ensure units meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized condition
• Follow safety procedures and complete work efficiently to meet deadlines
