Field Technician – Office Equipment (Printers/Scanners)

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Technician to service and maintain office equipment including printers and scanners. In this role, you will travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while ensuring minimal downtime. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field.

Duties:

• Install, configure, and service printers, scanners, and related office equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Provide on-site technical support and excellent customer service
• Educate customers on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
• Manage parts inventory and ensure tools and equipment are ready for service calls
