We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. In this role, you will provide support for hardware, software, and systems while ensuring a positive user experience. Duties:

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Document support requests and maintain accurate service records
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and helpful manner
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of systems, tools, and best practices
