Groundskeeper and Facilities Upkeep

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper & Facilities Upkeep team member to help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept properties. In this role, you will handle outdoor landscaping as well as light facility maintenance to ensure everything looks and functions at its best. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and taking pride in their work.

Duties:

• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds care
• Perform routine facility upkeep such as minor repairs and basic maintenance
• Keep walkways, parking areas, and common spaces clean and safe
• Remove debris, trash, and perform seasonal clean-up tasks
• Assist with inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain an organized work environment
