Electro-Mechanical Rework Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Rework Technician to support the repair and refinement of electronic and mechanical assemblies. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, perform rework, and ensure products meet strict quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and takes pride in precision and problem-solving.

Duties:

• Perform rework and repair on electro-mechanical assemblies and components
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects
• Use soldering tools and hand tools to modify or correct assemblies
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and functionality standards are met
• Document rework activities and maintain accurate records
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
