Homeowners Insurance Representative

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Homeowners Insurance Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs. In this role, you will help customers understand coverage options, process policies, and provide ongoing support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and building long-term customer relationships.

Duties:

• Assist customers with homeowners insurance inquiries and policy information
• Explain coverage options, policy terms, and benefits in a clear and helpful way
• Process new applications, policy updates, and renewals
• Review customer information to ensure accurate coverage and documentation
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued service
