Remodeling Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remodeling Project Lead to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate crews, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, hands-on work, and bringing spaces to life through renovation.

Duties:

• Lead and coordinate remodeling projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Supervise and support crew members, subcontractors, and vendors
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Manage project materials, scheduling, and on-site workflow
• Perform and oversee carpentry, installation, and finishing work as needed
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
