Bankruptcy Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bankruptcy Specialist to support the processing and management of bankruptcy cases. In this role, you will review documentation, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detailed information and contributing to efficient, accurate case management.

Duties:

• Review and process bankruptcy filings and related documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams regarding case status
• Maintain organized records and case files
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents
• Research and resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth case processing
