Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Are you handy, dependable, and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to help keep apartment communities looking great and running smoothly while providing excellent service to residents.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout apartment communities
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform unit turns, including minor repairs, touch-up painting, and general preparation for new residents
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues within skill level
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas and grounds
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects and other property improvement tasks

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
