Make Ready Assistant – Apartment Maintenance Support

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Make Ready Assistant to help prepare apartment units for new residents. In this role, you will support maintenance teams with cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring units are move-in ready. Duties:

• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and basic repairs
• Assist with painting, patching, and touch-up work as needed
• Remove debris, trash, and leftover materials from units and common areas
• Support maintenance staff with minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Inspect units to ensure they meet quality and readiness standards
• Help maintain inventory of supplies and tools
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety guidelines
