We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and create a welcoming dining experience for guests. In this role, you will oversee staff, ensure high-quality service, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house activities
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Track performance, control costs, and work toward meeting business goals
