Retirement Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Retirement Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a senior living community. In this role, you will ensure residents receive excellent care and services while maintaining smooth, efficient facility operations. Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staff coordination and resident services
• Supervise and support team members across departments, including caregiving, maintenance, and administration
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and operational procedures
• Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
• Monitor facility performance and implement improvements to enhance resident satisfaction
