Dental Claims- Insurance Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Claims Insurance Processor to support the accurate and timely handling of dental insurance claims. In this role, you will review, process, and follow up on claims while ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines and policies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and contributing to a smooth healthcare billing process.

Duties:

• Review and process dental insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
• Verify patient coverage, benefits, and eligibility
• Ensure claims are submitted in compliance with insurance requirements
• Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, denials, or delays
• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims activity
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution and payment
