We are seeking a motivated and personable Insurance Sales Agent to help clients find the right property and casualty coverage for their needs. In this role, you will build relationships, educate customers on policy options, and provide solutions that offer peace of mind. Duties:

• Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
• Contact prospective customers and explain available policy options
• Answer customer inquiries regarding coverage, terms, and benefits
• Assist clients in selecting policies that best fit their needs
• Prepare quotes, calculate premiums, and set up payment plans
• Complete applications and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time
• Follow up with clients and meet established sales and growth goals
