Facilities Maintenance Manager

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations, upkeep, and safety of our facilities. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Duties:

• Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate and manage outside vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and work orders
• Supervise and support maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventory of supplies
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
