Catering Manager

We are looking for an energetic and organized Catering Manager to lead and coordinate memorable food service experiences for a variety of events. In this role, you will oversee event planning, manage catering staff, and ensure every detail is executed seamlessly from start to finish. Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from initial inquiry to completion
• Communicate with clients to understand event needs, menus, and expectations
• Schedule and supervise catering staff for events and daily operations
• Coordinate food preparation, presentation, and timely delivery with kitchen staff
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for catering functions
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Handle event logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction
