PCB Assembler

We are hiring a skilled and detail-focused PCB Assembler to support the production of high-quality electronic circuit boards. In this role, you will assemble, solder, and inspect components to ensure each board meets strict quality and performance standards. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys precision work and being part of a collaborative, hands-on production team.

Duties:

• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools and automated equipment
• Perform through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) soldering with accuracy
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Inspect components and completed boards for quality and functionality
• Identify and troubleshoot defects or inconsistencies in assemblies
• Maintain proper documentation of production and quality checks
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
