Hotel Maintenance Manager

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a busy hotel property. In this role, you will ensure all facilities, guest rooms, and systems are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading a team, and creating a comfortable experience for guests.

Duties:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for guest rooms, common areas, and building systems
• Supervise and support maintenance staff, scheduling tasks and prioritizing work orders
• Perform routine inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
