Tax Preparer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Preparer to join a busy and supportive team. In this role, you will assist with preparing and reviewing business tax returns while helping clients stay organized and compliant throughout the tax season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and providing valuable support to businesses.

Duties:

• Prepare and review business tax returns in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Gather and organize financial documents from clients for accurate tax preparation
• Ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Communicate with clients to clarify financial information and answer tax-related questions
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all prepared returns
• Stay up to date on current tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines during busy tax periods
