Professional Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Professional Land Surveyor to join a well-established team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports that support construction, development, and property boundary projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and office collaboration while contributing to important infrastructure and development projects.

Duties:

• Conduct land and boundary surveys for construction and development projects
• Review legal records, maps, and previous survey data to support project accuracy
• Use modern surveying equipment and technology to collect field data
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients as needed
• Ensure survey work complies with local, state, and industry regulations
• Oversee field crews and provide guidance on survey procedures and safety
