Electronics Assembly Technician – Swing Shift

Located in tigard, OR

Pay: $18.55/hr; automatic increase to $19.05/hr when hired on
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM
Location: Portland Metro, OR

Overview

Want to get your foot in the door of the electronics and semiconductor industry? This entry-level role is a great opportunity to learn how circuit boards are built, and you don’t need previous experience—they’ll provide plenty of hands-on training. If you’re comfortable using computers, smartphones, and everyday technology, you have the foundation needed to get started.

Duties

• Assemble circuit boards using blueprints and detailed work instructions
• Place and install components onto circuit boards
• Work at a standing assembly station throughout the shift
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Use basic computer systems and technology during production
• Work toward production and quality metrics after completing training
• Safely handle and move finished circuit boards and materials
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
