Heavy Equipment Operator

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Heavy Equipment Operator to support construction and site development projects. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to move materials, prepare sites, and keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being a key part of building and infrastructure projects.

Duties:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and backhoes
• Perform site preparation tasks including grading, digging, and material moving
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications
• Work closely with crew members to ensure efficient workflow and safety
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operation at all times
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
