Outbound Caller – Bilingual Call Center Customer Service

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Bilingual Outbound Caller to join a busy and supportive call center team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to customers, provide helpful information, and assist with customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and creating positive customer experiences, this is a great opportunity to build your communication skills.

Duties Include:

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, updates, or follow-up support
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful solutions or next steps
• Update customer records and notes accurately in the system
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a natural, friendly tone
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain call quality standards and productivity goals
