Logistics Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Dispatcher to join a fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will coordinate drivers, schedules, and shipments to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Duties:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries, pickups, and routes
• Monitor shipment progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time service
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Resolve scheduling issues, delays, or route changes quickly and efficiently
• Utilize dispatching software and systems to manage daily operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
