Grinder Operator

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are looking for a motivated Grinder Operator to join a busy and growing production team. In this role, you will operate grinding equipment to shape, smooth, and finish metal parts to precise specifications. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in attention to detail, and like being part of a team that produces high-quality products, this is a great opportunity to build your skills.

Duties Include:

• Operate grinding machines to finish metal components according to blueprints and work orders
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards
• Adjust machine settings for speed, feed, and depth as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment
• Deburr, polish, and smooth surfaces to achieve required finishes
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
