Landscaping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Manager to oversee landscaping projects, team performance, and property appearance. In this role, you will manage daily operations, coordinate crews, and ensure high-quality outdoor maintenance and landscaping services. Duties:

• Supervise landscaping crews and oversee daily project operations
• Plan and coordinate landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance services
• Schedule staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
• Ensure properties meet quality, safety, and appearance standards
• Manage equipment, materials, and supply inventory
• Train team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate with clients and management regarding project progress and needs
