Procurement / Purchasing Clerk

As a Procurement / Purchasing Clerk, you will support daily purchasing operations by coordinating orders, tracking inventory needs, and maintaining accurate records. In this role, you’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure materials and supplies are ordered efficiently and delivered on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work and contributing to smooth business operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and track order status from request to delivery
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and timelines
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering supplies
- Verify order accuracy, invoices, and shipping details
- Support vendor file management and procurement reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing needs
