As a Grave Shift Warehouse Manager, you will oversee overnight operations to ensure shipments, inventory movement, and team workflows run smoothly and efficiently. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate staff activities, monitor productivity, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse staff during overnight shifts
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory movement activities
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
• Train, coach, and provide direction to team members
• Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve workflow delays
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and inventory documentation
