Bindery Operator- Print Binding Specialist

Located in Beaverton, OR

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bindery Operator to join a fast-paced print production team. In this role, you will operate bindery equipment to assemble, finish, and prepare high-quality printed materials for delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and binding machines
• Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Read and follow work orders and production schedules
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Package completed materials for shipment or distribution
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
