Recruiting and Business Development Coordinator

Located in Tigard, OR

We are seeking a driven and personable Recruiting & Sales Coordinator to support both business development and recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for proactively contacting local companies to introduce our staffing services, identify open positions, and present qualified candidates who are ready to work.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, is confident on the phone, and is motivated by helping companies find strong talent while assisting candidates in securing meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local companies to introduce staffing services

• Identify hiring managers and decision-makers

• Present available, pre-qualified candidates to employers with open roles

• Gather job requirements and hiring details from prospective clients

• Coordinate candidate submissions and interview scheduling

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM or tracking system

• Build and nurture relationships with local businesses

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure strong candidate-client matches

• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and move placements forward

Qualifications

• Typing Speed of 50+ WPM

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
