CNC Supervisor

As a CNC Supervisor, you will lead daily machining operations while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with team leadership to keep workflows efficient and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others, optimizing processes, and playing a key role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC operators and coordinate daily production activities
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards
• Train, coach, and support team members on equipment and procedures
• Review production schedules and allocate resources accordingly
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean work environment
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
