Occupational / Rehabilitation Center – Medical Billing / Insurance Verification Support

As a Medical Billing & Insurance Verification Support specialist, you will help ensure patients at an occupational and rehabilitation center have accurate coverage information and smooth billing processes. In this role, you’ll verify insurance details, support billing functions, and work closely with both patients and healthcare staff. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details
• Assist with preparing and processing medical billing documentation
• Enter and update patient and insurance information accurately in systems
• Communicate with insurance providers regarding authorizations and claims
• Support follow-up on billing issues, denials, or missing information
• Maintain organized patient records while ensuring confidentiality compliance
