Swing Warehouse Manager

As a Swing Warehouse Manager, you will lead evening warehouse operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently and team members stay productive and safe. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on coordination with leadership responsibilities to keep workflows organized and on schedule. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse staff during swing shift operations
• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, accuracy, and deadlines are met
• Train, coach, and provide direction to warehouse team members
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation
