Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter and update claim information accurately in company systems
  • Review documents for completeness and request missing information as needed
  • Communicate with customers, adjusters, and vendors regarding claim status
  • Organize, scan, and maintain digital and physical claim files
  • Verify policy details and supporting documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the claims department
