Maintenance Mechanic 2nd shift

Maintenance Mechanic. Will repair and maintain the building , grounds and all major equipment (boilers, sewage, electrical, water). Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial facilities maintenance with demonstrated mechanical and electrical abilities. 1.The employee will perform diversified duties. They are responsible for facility maintenance and floor maintenance using the appropriate equipment and processes. The employee is required to comply with departmental safety requirements, contribute to the quality improvement process and interface and communicate within the department. Essential Job Requirements: 1. The employee is required to be at their workstation, prepared to work, five (5) minutes prior to scheduled start time. 2. The employee is to check with the Maintenance Manager and/or Lead Person for priorities. 3. Employee is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility. 4. Employee should have knowledge of industrial pipefitting, mechanical aptitude, exposure to boilers, and welding background. 5.Employee is responsible for mechanical maintenance, facility maintenance, pipefitting and electrical work. 6.The employee must have the ability to comprehend and carry out reasonable instructions from the Maintenance Manager and/or Lead person pertaining mainly, but not limited to training issues. When performing this job the worker summarizes and/or condenses information. Employees are required to possess this knowledge and/or skill at the time of hiring. Drivers License and Forklift Experience required. $12.00-$14.00 DOE
