Inside Sales / Appointment Setter

We’re hiring an Inside Sales / Appointment Setter for a growing janitorial and commercial cleaning company based in Tigard. This is a full-time, outbound-focused business development role where your main mission is to proactively call businesses, identify decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

This is not overly aggressive, high-pressure selling, but it does require consistency, confidence, and a willingness to pick up the phone every day and create new opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to local businesses (targeting approximately 20 calls per hour)
• Identify decision-makers and build rapport quickly over the phone
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
• Follow a structured 3-touch process (call attempts, voicemail, and follow-up email)
• Use tools like Apollo, Atlas, and AI-based search platforms to research contacts
• Track outreach efforts and maintain organized notes in company systems
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of booked appointments
