Duties:

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a friendly, consultative sales experience
• Help clients select the best flooring options based on style, budget, and project needs
• Build strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom and product displays
• Stay knowledgeable on flooring products, trends, and installation basics
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
