As an Apartment Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations for a residential community, ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, coordinating daily maintenance activities while delivering a high standard of service to residents. You will play a key role in preserving property value and creating a positive living experience for the community.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily maintenance requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor and contractor services
• Perform and oversee repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, inspections, and local codes
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Communicate with property management and residents regarding maintenance needs and timelines
