We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a Beaverton-based manufacturing company. In this role, you’ll assist customers with orders, product questions, and account support while helping keep everything organized in the company’s CRM system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and website orders
  • Help customers identify the correct replacement parts and provide pricing and availability
  • Enter and manage orders accurately in the CRM system
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain account information
  • Track orders, process returns (RMAs), and resolve customer issues
  • Guide customers on how to navigate and place orders through the company website
  • Conduct occasional follow-up calls with existing customers who haven’t ordered recently
