Tax Preparer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tax Preparer to support individuals and businesses with accurate and timely tax preparation. In this role, you will review financial information, prepare tax returns, and help clients feel confident and informed throughout the tax process.

Job Duties

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and small businesses
• Review financial records, income statements, and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations
• Identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities for clients
• Answer client questions clearly and professionally regarding tax filings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines during peak tax seasons
