As an Auto Body Repair Estimator, you will be the bridge between customers, technicians, and insurance partners by creating accurate repair estimates and guiding vehicles smoothly through the repair process. This role blends technical knowledge with customer service to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, transparently, and to high quality standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage to create detailed and accurate repair estimates
• Use estimating software and repair guidelines to determine labor, parts, and materials needed
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair plans, timelines, and costs
• Work with insurance companies to review estimates, supplements, and approvals
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with shop and insurer standards
