Express Employment Professionals is interviewing candidates for a full time Customer Service/EDI Support Specialist position with a local sporting good equipment company in Hot Springs. Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, assisting customers with order placement/payments/information, entering orders/invoices in Sage, and filling out various EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) worksheets, updating sales information and other generalized office duties as needed. Candidates to be considered must have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, searching, creating spreadsheets), excellent typing/10-key skills, be able to work in a very fast-paced industrial office environment, and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Pay starts at $13.00/hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional overtime.
