Maintenance Helper needed for a large Make-Ready project!!!

This position will be working Monday-Thursday and OFF WORK EVERY FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY!!!

The hours will be Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm.

$12.03/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma or GED is required. 
• Experience in building maintenance or vocational training which involved training and/or experience in areas of Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical Repairs or, an equivalent combination of education and experience also required.
• Solid knowledge of the techniques, methods, materials, and equipment used in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs and, in the repair of household appliances and HVAC systems.

Must also be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
