Express Employment is looking for a Customer Service/Vehicle Registration Specialist. This position requires 1-3 years of current experience.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm

Location: Chico, CA

Job Description:
•    Assist customers with vehicle registrations, title transfers, renewals, and related services
•    Analyze customer situations and determine what information and documentation are needed
•    Investigate registration problems and help identify practical solutions
•    Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies
•    Learn and apply California vehicle registration laws, regulations, and procedures
•    Operate specialized computer software and maintain accurate electronic records
•    Process payments and prepare customer invoices and receipts
•    Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and management
•    Maintain confidentiality and follow established company procedures
•    Take initiative and remain productive without constant supervision
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•    1-3 years of current experience
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Basic computer skills 
•    Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to details
•    Current customer service and office experience
