Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring 3rd Shift Machine Tenders for a growing plastic injection molding facility in Montgomery, IL. These are entry-level, background-friendly opportunities with immediate openings and excellent potential for long-term employment. This is a temperature-controlled facility, providing a comfortable work environment year-round.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tend and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production
• Remove finished products from machines
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim and remove excess plastic material (de-burring)
• Package finished products for shipment
• Perform light assembly of finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
